A lot of people, it’s fair to say, want to live in a large house. We work and save and economize in the hopes that one day we’ll hit the jackpot and live a life of luxury. After all, space efficiency isn’t luxurious. There’s nothing fancy about living in a hobbit hole… or is there?
Every so often, someone with a lot of money comes along and builds a really tiny house in a secluded area. This is part of an architectural trend known as nanotecture. These teeny tiny houses are a joy for architects because they present a challenge.
These houses are one of a kind, which, to some, makes them extremely valuable.
It may take some time to get used to the reduced space, but once you do, you may find that you are thrilled to have all of your amenities close at hand. Who knows – it may actually encourage you to get out of the house more (even if only to go out and admire it).
