Latte art has become really popular, but there’s nothing like the work of Japanese barista Kazuki Yamamoto. 26-year old artist brings latte art to the next level by creating impressive three dimensional foam sculptures of animals and popular cartoon characters. He also takes inspiration from famous paintings such as “The Persistence of Memory” by Salvador Dali. His technique involves using foam from thick creamy steamed milk which allows him to make his art rise up from its cup. Kazuki Yamamoto serves his creations to the customers of Cafe 10g in Osaka, Japan. Follow him on Twitter for regular updates on his art.
