Really Dirty Art by Sarah Rosado

Sarah Rosado’s new series “Dirty Little Secrets” offer us different perspective on everyday items. From gadgets to animals to popular places, she recreates common items out of real dirt she sources from local parks. Sarah uses a clean, bright white background for her pieces which helps her subjects almost pop of the page. Mrs. Rosado’s technique turns what would be considered average or simple drawings into something more. Some of her pieces incorporate other non-dirt objects or shifted perspective, allowing for depth of field to come into play.
